Aadhaar card front and back on one page

Banks, colleges, employers and landlords often want “both sides of Aadhaar on one page”. Photograph each side of your Aadhaar PVC card or laminated copy. The tool straightens them, places both on one A4 page and gives you a PDF or one JPG. Your Aadhaar never leaves your device.

Tip: drag the four dots onto the four corners of the card. The tool straightens it into a flat, true-size card. Scans that are already cropped can be left as they are.

Print at “Actual size” / 100%, not “Fit to page”, to keep the true card size.

How to put Aadhaar front and back on one page

  1. Photograph the front of your Aadhaar card (photo side) on a dark, plain surface, without flash.
  2. Drag the four dots onto the four corners. The tool straightens it and sizes it to the standard card size.
  3. Photograph the back (address side) the same way.
  4. Choose the look: colour, greyscale, or “Photocopy” for a crisp black-and-white copy.
  5. Download the PDF and print on A4 at Actual size, or download one JPG for online forms.

Which Aadhaar do you have?

VersionWhat to do
Aadhaar PVC card (plastic, wallet size)Use this tool with the standard card size (85.6 × 54 mm).
Laminated cut-out from the Aadhaar letterUsually a little larger than a bank card. Measure it with a ruler and enter the size under Card size → Custom, so the copy matches.
e-Aadhaar PDFThe downloaded e-Aadhaar already contains both card sides on one page. You may not need this tool; print the e-Aadhaar as it is.

Upload limits

Many portals accept a single JPG or PDF under a size limit. Tick Small file and use Download JPG: you get one 150 dpi image with both sides, readable and compact.

Protect your number. UIDAI lets you download a masked Aadhaar that shows only the last four digits, and recommends using it where the full number isn’t required. This tool copies what is on your card and never uploads it.

Frequently asked questions

What size is the Aadhaar PVC card?

The Aadhaar PVC card is wallet-sized, the same as a bank card (ID-1, about 85.6 × 54 mm), and the tool uses that size by default. A laminated cut-out from a paper Aadhaar may be a little bigger: measure it and type its size under “Card size”.

I have the e-Aadhaar PDF. Do I need this tool?

Not always: the e-Aadhaar letter already shows both sides of the card at the bottom of one page. This tool is for when you only have the physical card, or want a clean copy with just the two card sides.

Can I hide the first 8 digits (masked Aadhaar)?

You can download a masked e-Aadhaar from UIDAI, which shows only the last 4 digits. This tool copies what is on your card; it does not mask numbers.

A form needs both sides in one image under a size limit. How?

Choose “Small file” and then “Download JPG”. You get one JPG with both sides, small enough for most upload limits.

Is it safe?

Your Aadhaar is processed only inside your browser: nothing is sent to our server. Share copies only with organisations that genuinely need them.
